UHC idea: anti plugins. Basically, for every plugin you usually have installed on each UHC, you use the opposite. For example, instead of auto smelt, all ores are silktouched. Mining full trees now take twice as long to mine each individual block. Stuff like that.

UHC but the more armor you have the more visible you are. For example, if you have no armor you are almost invisible but if you have enchanted diamond then you have a glow effect on you where people can see you through walls. You can also combine this with another scenario to make things more interesting.
