Ok so here what I might do with that build, replace most of the black parts with dark green parts, then add a face, and that's how you make sam in minecraft

Here’s a Tip for Everyone: When building, I like to substitute the Neather Brick for Either Dark oak or, now that 1.16 is coming out, Blackstone!

What I do I put the cosmetic parts blackstone and the drive wheel parts nether brick works like a charm in bedrock

Great tutorial I like the union Pacifics and the challenger has gold piston fingies so ye I used sandstone walls but it's really cool and make your builds whole instead of half bc it gets quite confusing

I feel the exact same way man except I never got to see 3985 under steam or in person if I remember correctly the only steam locomotive that I have actually seen under steam & in person was the 844 when she came to Hutchinson, Kansas where I live back in either 2003 or 2004 when I was either 3 or 4 years old at that time, but I don't exactly remember.

If you're building this on Bedrock Edition listen; When making the world/making a copy of your world, put on experimental gameplay and put in this command: /give @s structure_block This gives you a block that lets you copy, paste, and rotate. It comes in great handy for symmetrical buildings and makes it way faster. I would recommend making a copy of your world before you flip anything just in case something goes wrong. (Don't ask me how I know... just do it)
