once in the old world I made a farm like this and it stopped working - or at least it seemed that way. Is it worth putting tracks under the farm, if a villager, for example, destroys the crops, but does not take them?

Those who wondering does the other villager needs a job. Yes, its needs a job and an own workstation to work. Aleast thats how its works for me. Also, its seem like this farm dont works for wheat, because for some reason the farmer makes it into bread. If you try that you end up with an automatic bread farm...

@@irushpk1194 Only seeds can be planted. Wheat cannot be planted. But the farmer will harvest wheat and give you bread. He won't give you wheat. That's why this design is not for wheat.

No, iron golems will then spawn outside the iron farm and it'll break the farm. Build it atleast 100 blocks away

How do I switch the crops in the farm without messing it up? I put wheat for it but I didn't realize I would be getting bread instead of wheat. I would like to have potatoes in the farm instead because I can trade it to another villager then. I don't want to mess up my farm and break it. Thank you.

I think just change the crop in the farm from wheat to potato or sth. It will automatically change
