What I think:- Someone got your uniform and sneaked in to scout the base before, then:- Team 1 blew your roof and threw grenades to do damage to base. Team 2 rushed from main entrance and started picking you off while everyone was distracted. And in all that, team 3 somehow sneaked in and took your beacon.

Next time make a huge base and make it look like your beacon is there. Have everyone defended that base like it is. Then secretly place your beacon in a tiny hidden underground place farther away from your base in a small room where no one will find it, even when trying to dig towards your big base. Never visit the beacon again so you don't give away it's location. 😁👍

Nope, hide or hunt rules are to not be able to move the beacon and its not also allowed to not put the beacon on a secret bunker that's not in the base.
