A high arch on top of your foot could possibly indicate a bone spur. It's not uncommon and usually only gives pain the more active you are. There is easy surgery to fix it.

Could just be the boots you’re wearing, trying boots that tie instead of boots which the BOA that you would typically rent. These are better because you can choose essentially where the boot is tight and where it isn’t.

There are some specific types of shoes that can help with specifically plantar fasciitis but also foot pain in general; I highly recommend looking into getting a pair if you are able. Many have customizable inserts that help a lot; my mom has bad plantar fasciitis and they have helped her quite a bit. 😁 Hope your feet feel better and you can enjoy the snowboarding! Additionally, it may help to see a foot doctor; I am just a random human on the internet and am generally incapable of diagnosing foot problems 😂

The foot pain while snowboarding is most likely the wrong size boot. Happens to a lot of people and it’s hard to get the proper size boot due to usually being different from your normal shoe size and different brands being slightly different

I have plantar fasciitis, it runs in my dads side of the family. I've never been snowboarding but it does flare up when I ice skate or roller skate or walk a lot in unsupportive shoes. There are stretches you can do regularly in the morning and wearing running shoes with good arch support helps.

That's what I always liked about Degrassi: The Next Generation from 2001. The teens were actual teens, like Ellie Nash was 15. Also they didn't slather the kids in makeup, you could actually see their normal acne and feel a bit better about yourself and it was nice to see real teens on TV while you were also a teen.

I had foot pain ever since I badly twisted my ankle, apparently because of certain conditions I had muscles in my foot that were underdeveloped and after compensating for the injury I was relying too much on my bones to support me. There are foot exercises you can do to balance your foot muscles out more so they can support you properly. It's worth looking into while you're waiting on getting it diagnoses.

The first time I went snowboarding, my foot hurt but I was so sore everywhere soI didn't think much of it. Fast forward three months later, it still hurt and I got an x-ray done and the doc said I had a mini fracture. :^)

The plantar fascia runs along the bottom of your foot and connects to your Achilles at your heel. If that is the part that is hurting there is one really easy stretch I use to help: while standing, put your toes up against a wall like a calf stretch, and push your knee in towards your other leg and down. It hurts at first but stretches the bottom of your foot. I would also recommend getting some rubber/silicone heel cup in-soles for your shoes/snow-board boots and do your best to avoid walking around barefoot anywhere as it makes it worse, even if it doesn't seem like it hurts. Crocs are un-ironically actually very good for walking around your house as they will support your feet well. Try and help your feet even when it seems unnecessary because it all makes a difference

You can really see how the age of the old school creators has changed when people can talk about plantar fasciitis in their video, and how the age of fans has changed when there's folks who can say "oh I know that thing I think I might have it" Anyways for the curious from my reading the best way to spot plantar fasciitis is how you feel when you've been off your feet for a bit, especially first thing in the morning. If it hurts to stand without some warmup, then that might be it. Specifically, the key is that it goes away, or at least gets way more bearable, after a but of walking around. Good luck to anyone reading this who says "oh no that sounds right", get some shoe inserts, and massaging your feet right before you start your day can save you a lot of pain.

(I realize I sound a little strange here, sorry, I'm not a native speaker.) Edit: And by my school, I meant mostly my past high school, it was nearly impossible to find someone who had never gotten an F (1/lowest grade) by then. Middle school was easier, but not by that much, there wasn't a giant leap, at least not for me.

Maybe your foot pain is related to having too much tightness on the top of your foot. Your snow boots may be cutting off your circulation there and causing pain. I have the same problem with running shoes and have to lace them differently.

It depends on if you’re in college or high school! I know a lot of classes (I know calculus for sure) you have to have a C to move on to the next class in the sequence. So a D is passing if you only need that class, but failing if you need the next class up as well

Okay, for me, Euphoria is definitely exaggerated. However, I come from a small town. (1 highschool, no Walmart/Target/movie theatre/mall/bowling alley/ anything. Because there's literally nothing to do, people do drugs.

I do have plantar fasciitis and good arch support is everything for me. Probably go see a doctor though to get a diagnosis. Ironically I got it jump roping in pe 9th grade. Apparently it was because I was a swimmer so my feet weren’t used to high impact exercise. Birkenstocks have helped a lot for me.
