towards gods. the wither storm can still be a little too big than anything else it is surpising how much it can take to become as inhumanly big as possible it is how it survives anyway hell. maybe the wither storm likes people more htan the undead..seeing that you can get sucked in..but not die instantly perhaps it is stealing some of your soul to become even more powerful and perhaps...thats how it survives

I'd imagine that's just balancing. In the source material, Minecraft Storymode, the Wither Storm just sucks people in and adds them to it's mass, indiscriminate from mobs and blocks.
