BRO the fckn dishwashing eviction is literally how I got "evicted" my first ever place. The landlord literally was BANGING on the door and yelling I refused to open as a 90lb 20 year old woman. Let's just say as my FIRST noise complain and that said it was not even by anyone in the apartment just my ped0 of a landlord.. I won when I brought it to the tenancy board. For like 2 months rent free but I had to move out within 6 months since I wasn't even comfortable there anyways

That literally happened to me!! But it was my downstairs neighbour! He is an old creepy man, he screamed at me cussing me out and asked me what I was doing home (I live by myself and I’m 22) I was obviously scared, I just kept trying to apologise to stop him from yelling at me, he threatened to call the real estate agent, luckily I did first (I was crying) they felt so bad for me.. luckily I didn’t get evicted! We have noise laws or something is Australia - no noise from 12am - 6am - this happened at 2pm , it’s kind of shitty people get evicted for making normal noise.. I hope ur okay tho!
