we have too many bos killer in this game even surtr/chen alter. operations such as blaze, thorns, and many of the old laneholder that are still useful today. somehow I miss out on the fun or it's fine if I miss out on limited things. but I will try as f2p. the reason i am talking like this is because all the incoming operations so good and *balanced like you are not giving any break to farming.

Nop. Still not op. Especially because in parts of fight she fight only against one boss phase with extremely favorable conditions. Like, yea, she can kill Patriot both phase in 2 skill cycle. But she hardly fight against Mandragora, because use falling pillar and fight only against second phase. With high chance Mandra-chan without pillar debuff just eat all her skill cycle in first phase (and it's not even her lvl1 stats, while Patriot was killed in his lvl1 stats without his debuff.
