Wondering if you can help, I cut everything to the right size, yet when it came to attaching the yoke, it's way too small, I know i'm not supposed to gather the fabric under it, as images doesn't show it looking that way, what did I do wrong?

Am I the only one that must increase the volume substantially when Diane is presenting? I can usually hear the others very well but struggle with Diane. Otherwise great video!
