Very nice video, well explained. Would have been a good opportunity to execute the burrito method of attaching the yokes

Great walkthrough of this pattern! I'm so glad I found your channel. Really well explained and demonstrated. One thing I would have loved to see is a brief discussion of fabric options from your shop that would work well with this pattern. Very impressed with your selection of Sew-Alongs.

One of my favorite dress patterns, it is really well drafted and all the inside seams are enclosed (except for the armhole unless you do French seams) but a really nice nice pattern. Great video.

Thank you. I figured what I was about to do with the collar was right but I didn't quite see how it would turn out before I went ahead and sewed it on. I modified this pattern to be a button up blouse for dirndl style skirts and it's been going great so far.

Thanks for this thorough tutorial! It's very helpful! What is the paper used to transfer the notches from the pattern?
@MinervaDotCom10 ай бұрын
We're so glad you found it helpful! The transfer paper used in the video is carbon paper, sometimes referred to as dressmakers carbon paper. Hope this helps!

I am a 34 1/2 bust, since this pattern doesn’t have a lot of ease would you recommend going up in size to a 14?
