Can you do a video of B, I'm having a problem with the front cut out. I followed the directions, number 1 front on fold. Shouldn't that be a split for the tie?

I bought the pattern but I'm having problems understanding how to cut the pattern. The problem is what side do you layout the material and cutting/ laying out the pattern, wrong side, right side?
