We should return to enforcing the punishment rules from 18th-century UK. Nowadays, laws are far too lenient due to the lack of consequences. This leniency might stem from corruption among judges or fear of revenge from criminals!

Are you referring to Toronto? There are three levels: Federal, Provincial and Municipal. In 530 it referred to City of Toronto which is municipal . Criminal offence can be Federal or provincial jurisdiction.

He a centrist with fiscal polices more aligned with center-right economic thinking, he advocates importance of balanced budget and debt management, and acknowledges the critical role of oil and gas industry in Canada economy. He actually grew up in Alberta. But we also need to realize we should focus on natural gas instead of very cost ineffective and dirty oil sands. Like it or not, climate change is real.

@@wpgc2 He was behind the carbon tax, it was his idea to invoke the EMA and freeze bank accounts! He also plans to "redistribute the wealth" -- you will own nothing and be happy! That's communism!! Mark works to shut down Canadian energy jobs so he can profit from oil and gas operations in Brazil and Arab monarchies!! Mark Carney has held and introduced himself as an European, he has citizenship in 3 countries; Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland!
