Main reason for rejection in computer science program this sems is due to lack of ects in Ai, ML, Ds I have applied in about 25 plus uni's and have got rejection in 15 plus My profile BsCs 3.27, 2.0 german grade ielts 6.5 If you don't have these courses i would suggest make your cv and LOM very very very good

Yes you have to do studienkolleg t course and many Computer science courses are offered in English bit there's only one problem you have to do studienkolleg in German because most of the universities offer it in German and for that you'll need to learn language in Germany before studienkolleg but after studienkolleg IF you have an IELTS certificate or English proficiency certificate then you can take admission in an English taught program if not then simply you can do your degree in German because by then your German will be great INSHAALLAH (THAT also depends most universities ask for an IELTS certificate while some are okay with an English proficiency certificate)

No you don't need to attest your document from anywhere for admission and attestations are required in the embassy plus I if you don't attest your documents from MOFA then that's ok for Germany but do get them attested from all the other institutes except MOFA and if you can then get them attested from MOFA too it can be helpful in some countries but it is not required in germany

You can still apply there are many Public universities that accept low cgpa but you have to do your research and find them and apply in them

Your cgpa is good you can apply in Germany for an English taught program but like Minhaal Sir said try applying in the same course for masters as you did in bachelor's for e.g. apply in Msc mechanical engineering if you have done bsc mechanical engineer

Dekho AP ko language course aur us k baad ek saal ka foundation course krna hoga q k germany may 13 year education k. Saath bachelor's may admission milta 12 year education wale ko 1 saal ka foundation course krna hoga aur language Germany may ussay phele ta k 12 year education 13 year may convert hojaye us k baad agr AP 😂 Tau German may degree krlo AP k certificates us waqt tak INSHALLAH hoge or agr AP English may krna Chahta ho Tau IELTS certificate ya English proficiency letter chahiye (depending on university requirement ziada tar universities IELTS maangti hai Kuch proficiency letter b accept kr leti hai)
