All I do is mini braids, I watched many videos and I think I'm the only person that doesn't part every single braid! I use the grab and braid method because it's less time consuming and the braids look fuller without seeing so much scalp..I cut my hair basically bald because I always had long hair my whole life and wanted something different...now I'm growing it back it's been 1 1/2 yrs and my hair is past shoulder length.

I unbraided as well and it took me 4 days to finish. Giving my hair and scalp a few days to "relax", I find my scalp gets so sore after unbraiding. I'm going to have to try the henna before unbraiding next time. It would help protect the finer strands I have throughout the thicker strands. So many different strand thickness and texture I have. So far I can feel the heaviness in the ponytail. Can't wait to see your results!

@@SimplyShev_hair I see, beautiful , my is 4c and also my hair is low porosity so protein doesn’t go well with my hair if I use too much I also use Ayurvedic oil for my hair but I think I was doing too much because it dry my hair out so fast and when it time for me to take my mini braids down it lock at the root so now am just using it wisely now.

I have been following you for quite some time now and I have watched your progress, l had decided to take up the challenge for a while with you .. only to find out that you are actually thinking of something new. after I had pull out my locks I am loving and enjoying my hair twisted and braided now more than ever. You have been such a inspiration because I never had long hair before either. I am definitely not sorry l took them down and I am not going back. Thanks for responding and thanks for sharing.
