Yeah, he doesn't understand broader markets. The Dow displays 30 of the largest stocks of sector diversification where the Mag 7 are just tech stocks. RSP being another broader market index and more accurate of what is really going on under the hood. I personally don't pay attention to SPY or QQQ because tech only makes up 27% of the entire stock market. Bank sector is what the other 73% follow. SPY and QQQ only follow 27% or are basically tech indexes. It's why 73% of the stock market has sold off hard while only 27% (SPY and QQQ ) are just now starting to fall and are very late to the shorting party. You missed the shorting party if you followed SPY and QQQ to tell you what to do. RSP and XLF told us earlier to short because 73% of the stock market fell last 2 weeks.
