Greetings from America. I have to admire the material used in Pakistani houses: Marble, granite, concrete, textured wall paper, beautiful lightings plus the architecture is amazing, etc etc. Even in cheaper BTK villas I see great architecture and material being used. Here in America, unless one is quite rich, houses are made of wood, with shingle roofs, vinyl siding outside, drywalls inside and modern houses being built for the 'middle class' wear out pretty quickly. My own house is one such: Barely 18 year old, and already telling its age and with expensive repairs coming up and is 1300 sq ft. Everything is cheaper quality: The paint, the paneling, the shelves, the water heater... Also It is in a cheap area and rural location and I'd say cost me about $120,000 turnkey in late 2006. Now that company will build similar houses for $304,000 starting price plus about $20,000-30,000 additional for permits, septic tank, connections etc.

😂 she really need a good training on how to do a professional house tour. Pehle to yeh 500yd villa lene wala alto ya cultus ki parking ka nahi sochay ga. Yahan easily 3-4 sedan park ho Sakti hain. Secondly 500yd pe minimum 4 bedroom house to hona chahiay. Yaar ground floor pe aik dining with kitchen hai aur aik Drawing room hai with a common bath. Kitchen ki entrance gali se bhi honi chahiay thi. Yeh Pool ki bezatti hai, behtar hota aik room ya study bana let’s, Btw this is not at all a designer house. It’s a waste of money and time trying to make something new but wasted! If you ever want to learn seriously, msg me.
