Liked the dam to move turbine set up from still water and how everything was built from scratch , you could upscale for more power generation , gave me an idea about building run of gully’s from lakes out in the sticks / wild and how energy could be created in remote areas , nice job !!

Thank you for watching the video. Here are the specs: iron frame size 25x25x80cm (inner edge). screw diameter 75mm (a), screw pitch 350mm(b), water chute diameter 240mm (c). We calculate the parameters of the screw as follows. d1 = impeller inside diameter, d2 = impeller outside diameter. Apply the following formula, d1 = (square root of ( (a.3,14) squared + b.b)) /3.14 . d2= c-a+d1 . This is just my calculation, you can refer to the online documents for a more accurate and reasonable calculation.

This is cool as heck, but please bro for the sake of your eyesight, wear some real welding goggles. The exposure to the heat and UV light WILL cause cataracts and that's the best case scenario. The worst case is you going actually blind from macular degeneration. Also wear a real respirator when welding because the metal fumes can also cause some horrible diseases which cause you to die slowly and excruciatingly painfully.
