Good afternon! congratulations on the boat! In your opinion, what is the system for speed and maneuver with the hydro jet placed further inside the hull versus it all external in the hull? thanks and a hug, Cadu

For speed you want the smallest amount of the boat touching the water, this can be achieved with a “tunnel hull” design. Intake and pump on the exterior is usually due to lack of space.

@@Localhost127 I’m still sorting out issues w my build. I’m near peoria Illinois but I’ve got ppl near St. Louis and southern mo. Once I get all the bugs sorted I’d like to do some trips. Btw. My build doesn’t seem to like shallow water at all. Soo. I’m looking for skinny water but 2’ minimum depth.

Would you mind please explain why and how the Stomp Great works? Whats its function and Purpose.. thanks..

When the intake on the bottom of the bot sucks in debris (rocks, sticks, plants etc) it causes the jet pump to “cavitate” or lose traction on the water. This stomp grate opens the finger in the intake to release all of the debris so you don’t have to climb under the boat to dig everything out. You just stomp on the bar that opens up the grate and your good to start ripping around again.

We’ll get one where we can have a bigger group present. I think the weekends and week nights after 530 would work better for most anyway.
