Very impressed that she was able to recognize a panic attack, and knew what to do about it. Also very impressed at how she focused on having a growth mindset (improving, its ok to fail/not try for now) and dispel the fix mindset that VG was demonstrating (people only like you if you are the best). Kudos to her and to her parents!

I love how Annika showed her EQ well. At first, she cheered up and motivated VG. When she noticed that Vice is panicking and acting she has anxiety, she immediately knew how to calm Vice by instructing her to Breathe in, breathe out. She even suggested that she will sing first, to make her friend be confident and not scared to sing and perform. I also love her wisdom on wordsss. Who cares if others dont like you, there is someone who still likes you, and i think that matters the most. There is no need to prove ourselves to everyone who doesnt like us. Because we could never be best on the world's pov. Lets focus to be the best version of ourselves. Because , ourselves can only validate our own bests.
