I think Deputy Commissioner Office and OGRA (Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority) will not issue NOC (or License) to such cheap (inexpensive) petrol pumps due to Non-compliance of relivent legal requirements for the registration of Proper Petrol Pump to archive fire safety and Human Huzard material. Presence of such non-regulared Petrol pumps could become "Petrol-Bomb" for neighboring homes and un-trained as well....

This is not a joke. Petrol pump business requires to be regulated by Explosives Department as well as OGRA. Petrol pumps are not allowed to sell petrol in bottles and cans, unless permission from deputy commissioner is obtained on a letter.

And I have not seen a single machine how have license and its a lie that they have applied. There are proper protocoles and procedures. I am not against anybody. My point is its not LEGAL. 😊

In a recent interaction with media, a senior official of the district administration said it was really difficult to address all such issues within available team and resources in a mega city like Lahore. Most of the time, district authorities are busy fire-fighting and fixing day-to-day issues, which result in several serious issues going ignored. Construction of illegal petrol stations, decanting of liquified natural gas, illegal constriction and encroachment are a few main problems hurting common citizens the most.

It's not unique though. People have been doing it for years in remote areas. These are called "agencies" in villages. And FYI, No licence or permission is required to start this.

It illegal cause they sell low quality mixed petrol and diesel which is smuggled and is unregulated. Second of all government doesn't provide licence for mobile petrol pumps. This type of businesses don't provide tax henceforth are illegal. Azad bhai this type of agency is lifesaver and applicable in northern areas where, availability is an issue but in the areas where the petrol is readily available is it illegal and will be shut by the government. I think you should have clarified this in the video. Love your videos.
