My other question is do I need to know how to build the parts by myself or will there be instructions included in the package when I buy it. Well, its up to you what rear damper you want to use. If you don't have the part, you'll have to decide on other designs of the rear dampers.

Ammo System? Look at the front roller mount plate. The spot where the rollers are mounted are cut to 5 degrees. The plate itself is flat, but the roller mounting position is cut on the mill at 5 degrees.

+SR#10 Official It's a fairly advanced build. Requires a mill and the experience. I think it's around $200.
