hey Jan! me again! I just have a question about bearings, recently I've found out that they make actual AO 830 which says they're for the counter gear specifically, i've watched your tuned build and you used AO 620s for your counter gears, I just get some feedback which do you think is better if by chance you have experienced using both and compared. Thanks and looking forward to more vids!

Do you still recommend oiling them as well? I was wondering about this because I see in your videos that you always clean them but havent seen oil involved i think? But I can definitely see how much more performance you get ever after just cleaning with the Ronsonol and taking off the black caps.. I think that explains the behavior that I see in my bearings right now lol

Will this smoothen the wheel rotation too? Or counter gear only?
@Z3NBluster6 жыл бұрын
Mika Augus These fit on the position where the stock plastic bushings are. Not all counter gears use this bearing.

So how do you stop the bearings from wearing out if there's no grease?
@arjay04902 жыл бұрын
My thoughts exactly, too. Im agree with breaking in motor, but for bearings, im a bit skeptical towards it.

How long am I gonna shake the bottle and how long is the breaking in the bearing
@Z3NBluster5 жыл бұрын
About 1-2 minutes for both the shaking and break-in.

Sir hindi po ba mangangalawang ang bearing kapag gagamitan ng zippo? meron po kasi akong napanood na video about sa pagmmaintenance ng bearing and gumamit siya ng zippo then marami pong nagccomment na nagkarust daw ung bearing nila

It depends on the weather of where you live. At the Philippines it is hot and humid. There's more moisture in the air. So yes, it is more likely to rust. But where I live in California. It's just plain Hot. I haven't had any of my dry bearings rust on the me at all. What I suggest to you is for you to find a very thin oil and use that on the bearings that you commonly use. The bearings you don't commonly use must be kept in jars and fully submerged in lighter fluid to prevent rust.

Can i use 850+530 bearing at wheels?
@Z3NBluster6 жыл бұрын
No, because 530 size bearings don't exist.

can i use thinner?

Use Lighter Fluid. If you don't have that. Kerosene works too. I'm just using a small thinner bottle as an example.

my bearing is only copy its not the same🙁
@Z3NBluster7 жыл бұрын
Don't use those bearings. They are cheaper but they have a bid tendency to break. Use the same bearing I use in the video. They run smoother, stronger, and last longer.

is it okay to use water for cleaning bearings?
@Z3NBluster5 жыл бұрын
Nope. You'll risk getting rust if you do that. Lighter fluid is good to use, it won't cause rust.
