lol it obvious anesthesia it hurt around a day or two but you can actually eat right away just hurt in early day just like wearing new braces

Shouldn't have given the attachment to screw the same day, screw gives a lot of pain, you can use it for force next month

At which stage of your braces this screw implanted.?

I have these implants and it depends, in my case the problem now has to do with my bones so the braces weren’t actually doing anything to pull the teeth back by themselves, therefore they put 4 mini implants (the screws from the video) in the 4 corners of my mouth and they are now pulling the teeth back. Most people with braces don’t need screws implanted.

@@rockingrs If it is possible ask them to numb your gums with the cream first so that way the anesthesia doesn’t hurt much. That is the worst part tho, the pinch if you calm yourself and take deep breathes then it won’t hurt as much with or without the cream. The after is you could say painful but that depends on you as well. Your mouth will spend a few days or a week or so adjusting to the implant so it rubs against your gums but it will eventually scar and it will feel normal. Try to not eat hard things the first few weeks because believe it or not, the implant can fall out (that is a little painful since my implants have fallen out at least 2 times). Bring some headphones to distract you and remain calm throughout the entire process, you will feel pressure and if it hurts tell your dentist so they can apply more anesthesia. But otherwise I think that’s everything, I hope everything goes well and don’t worry! It looks scary but I assure you if you relax, it won’t be so energy consuming for you. Much love

my screw gets loose 2 days after getting it. Whats the reason for it?

I’ve asked my dentist about this because mine have also come loose and he told me that the main reason is because the bone is too soft and in some degree “rejects” the implant

UPDATE! This was my second time to plant the screw on the same spot and it was still loose. I believe its because the gum needs to heal. So everyday i would tighten it myself(counterclockwise for me) and try to have as little contact with it. I use water flosser to have the area clean, so that its not too harsh as a toothbrush.
