Had to laugh, cuz before you or Cassie showed the mini chainsaw ,I had got myself one for my birthday back in June ,my hubby laughed at it till he tryed it,now he is sold ,he tryed to put it with his saw, so I took it away and said you can use it ,but it's mine. Thanks for showing how to oil that little saw! I am NOT familiar with regular chain saws and bought this to prune shrubs and cut down pesky invasive plants with thick roots around the yard, but the instructions did not mention how to oil it, nor did anyone else talk about that who reviewed the different saws. At least I couldn't find anyone else who did. I also appreciate your detailed comment on the little spring that is attached to the safety cover.

I've had a similar one for several months and use it alot on my off grid property. Very easy to use, but keep both batteries charged. Heavy use drains it quickly.

Heck of a tool... I usually carry a scissor type pruner to clear branches on the mine road to keep from scratching up the truck... One of these are in our future!
