Guyana has everything nice 😊😊..Back in the day when my mom used to make that cake no liquor in them now in America the black cake is full of rum it’s more rum than fruits LOL 😂😂..you guys stay blessed..❤❤

Hi guys you should have soak your fruits six months ago. Also my recipe that my mother thought me you soaked the fruits in port wine. Red and white both. Also when my cake is finish I used only French Cocnag which is St. Remy VSOP and Hennessy and with a table spoon I throw a spoon full of each all around the ends and middle of the cake. Do this two to three days in a row and you will have the most moist black cake. Next time make sure you soaked your cake six months before or longer. Wash all your fruits, don’t forget to put citrus fruits as well. You will never want to eat any other black cake. I usually have to make at least four or five because everyone close to me wants one or a piece. Anyways I hope you video it when you are about to make it. Love and kisses to all and I do mean all.
