No es mejor un buck entonces? Soportaria multiples celulas solares y tiene un rango de entrada mas bajo y uno de salida hasta de 24v... o estoy equivocado? Por ejemplo un elevador tiene de entrada minimo los 3V

0.25sqm wire is enough sir, 3.7v battery means 18650 li-ion battery - full charge volt 4.2v 4v battery means sealed lead acid battery - full charge volt 4.2v

Using this circuit to charge WHILST the load is present is wrong. The current drawn by the load will not allow the charger IC to notice the drop in current to cut the charge, so it might keep pupping current into an already fully charged battery and damage it.

This is how I hoped to wire it to my camera. Reading your comment made me question the idea. I have already bought it, do you know how can I utilise it in my scenario which is:solar powered powerbank that powers up 5v camera? I already had my power bank hooked up to it,but apparently it doesn't support charging and supplying power at the same time , at least not from solar panel.

The LED lamp must be powered by the panel, not the battery, when there is sun, otherwise it is useless.
