Lisa, your too hard on yourself. This Mini Transat is a grueling sport, not only mentally, emotionally and physically but the conditioning required on this size boat is very taxing. Your black and blue arms are a testament to your endurance and we are all inspired by the attitude shone on this leg. We are all cheering for your completion.

You conveyed the first leg very well Lisa. It seems there is never time to get video when the weather is at its worst or when the boat does something horrible. But the bruises tell their own story. Kudos for getting into the water to fix the bobstay, I suspect I might have made do with the solent. Well done! Alec@821
