I have a 2009 Mini Cooper clubman S For some reason, the one I bought didn’t have any of the buttons. I’ve looked up others and they did have the buttons. I’m confused

my 2018 countryman has volume going left to right and arrows going up and down. i cannot figure out how to skip songs using my steering wheel functions. is there a way?
