hey Dust, as always, love your designs and your videos, from your tuts to your movies, all around a great channel to have on youtube. I have one question about your base designs though, why do they never feature a mini garage? and i know you use your bases during your own wipes so i would also like to ask you, what do you do for a mini garage? do you just not care to even have one? just something i have wondered, as when i build one of your designs, i try to figure out the best way to add one

My crew and i built the large yeti base for a few wipes in a row and since I’m a SAM simp I always put SAMs on the last triangle frames that connect the gate houses to the wide gap build up. I just throw two half height walls and a floor on it and slap it down on that for 360 degree SAM coverage. Plus helis can’t fly under them since they just barely peek over the high walls. Results in major loot especially if you build off the coast of an oil rig or bandit.

Built this for this past week's wipe, turned out amazing. Appreciate it! Double compounded with stone walls as well as dozens of triangle external TC's and nobody could raid us successfully.

A solid design as always,i particulary liked the they way you used the way up to the 3rd floor as jump up for the roof peaks, after loading the base on the server seems the focus on this design is high mobility, perfect for when you snowball and piss of some zergs and get an online raid. I'm not sure if you agree but this seems to be a base for more skilled players, not that it's hard to build but the base is more focused on the point i mention before and newer players progress slower, my personal opinion if you're newer to rust you might want to go with The Shadow design the roof bunkers will give you a better chance to keep your loot over night

Yeah it's definitely geared towards online raids, but at the same time to get all of the loot in every floor is still going to cost you ~45-50 rockets as far as my testing has found. The bunkers on the shadow are nice though

This base is fun to progress out of because its not that expensive, secure at every step, has loads of rooms you can do anything with, feels spacious with a 4 man, has some cheeky angles on the shooting floor, is pretty easy to move around and theres a bunch of cool ways to customize it. That said the part of this base I would rebuild is the shooting floor spawn room / peeks - the retake peeks can be used against you from the breach peeks because it puts you at the perfect height to see all of the single triangle rooms and beds so without deployables down its a little exposed, especially because the roof peek is built on top of the jump up making it so the jump up doesnt have a door. A way to fix this is to remove the ankle biter roof peeks, the ones next to the roof access garage doors will get a much larger field of view but it feels a little less mobile, just thought it was worth looking into. Other than that this base is my new favorite, good work!

This base is fun to build and fun to live in and it looks awesome at night when you have it all lit up. My only complaint is there's barely enough power to power all the turrets and also have 3 sam sites to protect from MLRS, and I had a hekkin' time trying to figure out where I could place the SAMs. Wound up doing triple compount walls and sticking them on top of the disconnectable TCs.

Awesome video man not sure if this comment will reach you but you can see the most replayed parts of your video, at the external TC and compound building when you say and complete "with the following buildout" it would be super helpful for everyone trying to learn the build if you commentated one crescent moon square and tri to the left helps click audio an visually so ppl aren't rewinding to learn it. I would say this is a 4, 5, or 6 man. The one thing this base lacks is locker kits. I know you can add those anywhere but there’s technically only 3 locker spots in the main base
