I would love to see one with a detachable roof for interior play Seriously great video and i love that you make it seem reasable to work without a proxxon lol.

Thank you! My idea is to make an interior, but creating a stone base, so you can place the church on top and remove it to only have the tile floor (kind of black magic craft style)

Haha thank you very much! I have to say that in video it seems fast but I dedicated a lot of time. Also as I mostly used PVA glue, driying times were long as hell 😂

Echoing interior play example! My players will be going to Elturel, Descent into Avernus, and plenty of church/building combats to come!
@Sahaak_Craft6 ай бұрын
I will add interiors in some upcoming videos, also for my houses. All you need to do is create a stone base with some tiles and place the building on top. Also, the adventure you mentioned seems super nice. Combining this kind of buildings with lots of vertical black rocks and some tealight flames will be a go to for this environment.

another possibility for the wall is to trace it with pressure on a whole piece with a pencil :D
@Sahaak_Craft5 ай бұрын
You mean for rock texture? Yes that's another way to go, but in my taste I prefer doing it brick by brick. Just go ahead with whatever technique you like or feel confortable 🙂

That is very thick foam-core ! The only stuff I have available in my area is thin and warps badly when painted :(
@Sahaak_Craft6 ай бұрын
You can use corrugated cardboard instead, if it bends you can glue cardstock over it. Usually gluing two different materials prevent them from warping.

Where does the Only $5 come in? The wood pieces alone would cost that. Excellent build but you don't need the misleading thumb nail
@Sahaak_Craft5 ай бұрын
Hi! I don't know where you live, but in my case (I live in Spain) A full board of XPS foam cost 4$ and I don't even used 1/10, A big sheet of foamcore about 5$ And I used les than 1/4 and the couple of wood pieces where in fact part of one for which I paid 1$. Cardboard is free from cereal boxes and stuff like that and yes you can add the cost of the glue and paint which I spent a super small amount. So yes, building this piece costed me around 5$, and if you replace foamcore for carboard you can build it yourself for even less. So I don't think I mislead anything with my thumbnail, and if in your country, materials are more expensive, I apologise, as that was never my intention. Usually, depending on where you buy materials the cost may change radically (for example an specialized craft store vs a dollar store) Also, thank you for commenting, all feedback is appreciated :)
