Amazing! I can't believe you cut out all those little window divisions! I have made some lattice windows, but I use black matte 1/8" art tape, and just overlap the long lines. I would go bonkers cutting out every little division! ❤

Happy New Year Siennaflower! I bet the lattice windows are pretty. I have actually seen people use black electric tape to give that look in life size. It is very cool! Heather

Fantastic. I am trying to make my first dollhouse (or should I say, an outback shack). I am hoping to replicate the home my mother grew up in. It was built in the twenties and I was wondering how to attempt a sliding vertical window and voila I came upon your site today. I will have to watch your whole project now as it looks very impressive. What an undertaking. Thank you for sharing. Cheers from Robyn in Western Australia ❤

Great video, trying my hand at making the windows. I am building a NOT screen-accurate Grimmauld Place from the Harry Potter books. Trying to figure out how to make the windows and the Georgian architecture is a learning adventure. The house has windows similar to the Bennet house so I will have to adapt a bit, but this has been very helpful. Thank You. Jenn.

These windows are gorgeous! And of course functional windows are the dream! Unfortunately there’s no way that I would have the patience (or the skill) To re-create these.

I absolutely will. I'm remodeling a Greenleaf Arthur house into a farmhouse style yarn shop. I did one double hung window, but not happy with it. (I was winging it) Your method looks more streamlined and finished so nicely. Looking forward to redoing the one and continuing the others with your method :)@@LoveTheLittleHouseMiniatures
