Reminds me of works by Jean-Michelle Jarre, Mike Oldfield, etc. Characteristic synth sounds.

Really cool. I have the minibrute 2. But no attachments lol. I wouldn’t know where to begin.

Thank you. The MB2 is very capable even without attachments, but it's a nice option for later.

Could you make a video about your Setup and the modules you use in your Eurorack?
@DreamsOfWires5 жыл бұрын
My setup changes almost constantly, but perhaps when I've got one that's a little more long-term.

Very nice Berlin-school jam! Has the MiniBrute2 replaced your Keystep? Are the sequencers the same between those two???
@DreamsOfWires5 жыл бұрын
Thank you. I actually only owned the Minibrute 2 for a couple of months, but I do still own the Keysteps. The sequencer was more basic on the Brute I think, but a really nice instrument.

What a fabulous fairy mellodic sounds ! Just one question : it is a falcon ?? and is it your own animal ?? Cause i love rapaces birds (owl are my favs)
@DreamsOfWires6 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much. It's a Sparrowhawk, they're one of the smallest birds of prey. This one is wild, it just comes into my garden sometimes to take a Sparrow or other small bird. Owls are my favourite too.
@TH3_FURY6 жыл бұрын
@@DreamsOfWires Ah ok ! yes indeed it's an "épervier" in French, the most little bird of prey ! You're so lucky, maybe with some perseverance you can have a new friend ! And yes Owls are so fascinating with that head rotating at 270°. I really like Bat too, it's not a bird but i can watch them for hours at summer nights, i scream like a mouse and they are confused it's so funny !
@DreamsOfWires6 жыл бұрын
I'd love to see one up close, but they're better to watch in their natural behaviour. I manage my garden for small birds and wildlife, so it's very rewarding to see it. There are some owls nearby, but not many bats.
@TH3_FURY6 жыл бұрын
@@DreamsOfWires ! Here bats (Pipistrellus pipistrellus) are protected since 1981, cause many people thinks they can be trapped in hair (urban legend) In fact the wild life is more beautiful in a free view, when they are enslaved to humans, animals loses what they are...somewhere (thanks captain obvious) ! But there is happy accident sometimes : i had read a story, (it's not about owls or bats but it's cool ! In fact old Alpha wolves, rejected from their pack cause they are too old or useless, so delivered to themselves, who could not hunt anymore, (because alone, wolves are nothing), went to see humans to ask food, and day after day, a link have been created ! I like this idea, cause it is possible, logic and beautiful !

@FUNKINETIK2 жыл бұрын
Similar with me - I have the MB2S even got a RackBrute but haven’t even opened the box yet..,,, but still manage to make some interesting sounds, the sequencer on the 2S is the reason I bought it. P E A C E : )

Love it. Berlin School forever! I notice you usually use more than one camera to record yourself playing the piece, is that a hassle trying to sync up the sound to the video?
@DreamsOfWires6 жыл бұрын
Thank you. And... yes! When I remember to add a clear audio/visual marker in the recordings it's not so bad, but when I don't it can be very tedious, even just with one camera.
@RCAvhstape6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I only use one camera, mainly because it's all I have and I don't want to take the time to learn all the video editing skills, but I've discovered what that wooden clacker thing is you see in old movie clips that they use as a marker to sync up the sound and visuals whenever they film a scene. Something I never thought about watching movies growing up.
@DreamsOfWires6 жыл бұрын
Ah, a clapper board. I understand about learning the skills though, it's a lot to learn and a bit of a chore unless you've got a fondness for that stuff. I've only got two cameras at the moment because I'm still trying to sell one of them. It's shocking how the value of them depreciate so quickly.
