Camtu Nguyen personally it is easy to make, but I honestly wouldn't glue the paper to the cardboard, I'd do like poster board or something so you can interchange the layout, so you get more than just a kids prize wheel out of it, a multi use wheel would be cool.

I wish you had written measurements for everything including the circle. Plus what kind of bolts to use. Also wouldn't hurt to know what size screw driver you used to poke holes in everything.

you just need to use a tape measure with cm on it. The video shows all the pieces with the cm measurements on it. I used 1/8" dowel rod to make all the little spoke pieces. I used a 4.5" long bolt
