I recently watched a couple of really old tournaments from the 80s on KZbin and it's amazing how things have changed. Not once in those videos did I see any players scream at the top of their lungs after making a hole in one, and they obviously made many. I get that these guys are excited, but it's seriously too much for such a slow and quiet sport.

This guy should be penalized for slow play. He stands over the ball for a minute before putting.

I think you should look again. i barelly past 30 seconds on each shot :)

Even if he took 60 seconds, by the official rules the first player of a group of 3 has 70s for the first shot and all other shots have to be within 60s. So none or the less he’s fine 😊
