Try Claw clips! My hair is long, thin and rlly smooth and i find that Claw clips are a good alternative to hair ties. Less stress on the scalp and fun to collect!

I have a thin head of hair that's very soft...I never have had good luck using sticks....but after watching some YT videos, I'm trying their ideas & having good luck. I can accomplish secure updos now w/ sticks. I've had barrettes slide right down my hair & land on the floor! That's how smooth ,soft & fine my hair is. So...I say that to give you hope.
