your channel is the most down-to-earth, encouraging, and inspiring channel I have ever come across. It's realistic and relatable and never leaves me feeling like I'm less than. Most other blogs/instagram/pinterest/youtube content I come across leaves me feeling discontent and yours is so beautiful. Truly, thank you for what you share.

❤️ love this! Am now on my third way through the course, my house is completely different I cannot believe and yesterday I ended up on the sofa which a cup of tea watching my little girl play and all of a sudden I was like oh my goodness the birds are singing and I actually felt warm! Like warm inside! I don’t remember the last time I have just sat and watched her play without still thinking in my head I really need to get up and do all this stuff I have on my list today and being so completely blind by overwhelm that I miss each days natural easy come pleasures if I just slow down!! I know like many others I love love love your videos and everything you put out is truly beautiful and calming, and I used to watch just simply to de-tach from everything at the end of the day, I would often watch your videos multiple times! 🙈 but now I feel like I actually get it, it’s clicked! Before it was just a beautiful idea and now I feel like I myself am living it and seeing it and I am mind blown. I am so incredibly thankful to you, you have certainly had a huge impact on me and my family and I think for sure this will trickle down into now my daughters life and how she sees the world too! Thankyou ❤️ I’m here for everything you do! Sign me up! Am also am wondering myself about doing a worm bin, we live in a very very tiny house with a lovely little garden but we do have to be careful space wise, i have seen diy ones where they are tiered in boxes, I wondered what worked for you? Did you use this method too? More than anything for us it’s to reduce food waste, I used to bury in the garden but I didn’t enjoy it sitting in the kitchen till I could do especially in the summer! Can be abit whiffy! 😅 Thankyou x

We don’t anything fancy just something to do the job 🙈😅 I think we’ve even got an empty storage bin now we’ve decluttered, so win win! Thank you! ❤️ x

Thank you for sharing your beautiful, human, simple home and the life you’ve built for yourself, it’s so incredibly inspiring!! I’m 19 and engaged, and have watched your videos for months now to build more familiarity with the home I want to create with my future husband.😊 I would really love to hear your philosophy on making videos and recording the events that happen in your life, with your kids, and how that effects your family life and experiences. Also, what equipment do you use? I’ve wanted to start vlogging once I get married and would love whatever advice you’ve got!❤

Madisun, I just found your page in my search for my own quest to minimize and simplify our daily lives. I love the vibe of your home and videos. I watched many of your videos over the past weekend and was busy purging things all over our house. I was so inspired by the simplicity of letting things go. I filled many bags of clothes to donate and more things went to the trash than I ever thought possible. Your thoughts behind your own journey to minimalism really struck a longing in me that I immediately connected to. Thank you for sharing such beautiful content and heartfelt thoughts. It is appreciated.

It is great that you are happy and comfortable and your children too. I just have one question, to minimalists in general, how do you have guests for dinner with only enough plates and chairs for the family? Do you have picnic ware that you get out? What about overnight guests? Do you have some extra bed linen and towels or do friends/family that visit have to camp when they visit you?

Your simplistic style is so beautiful. I feel like my home and wardrobe feel like a hodgepodge. I’d love to see a video talking about your style rules, places you find your relaxed dresses, etc. I just want my style to feel relaxed and simple like yours, but I feel like I keep ending up with the wrong things if that makes sense? Love your videos and hearing about faith intermixed. ❤

Hi Madisun, do you have any advice for minimalist parents (or at least trying to be) who have very materialistic children? My daughter is 8 and has always loved "stuff". She's always asking for more, more, more, and is obsessed with junk. I don't want to completely cut her off from the things she enjoys and cause harm down the road, but we're definitely at an impasse and I truly don't know what to do.

I just build a tiny house and when I look for ideas, it’s so sad most of them will have like two people and I’ll have two bedrooms or they’ll have four people and have four bedrooms and they call it slow living yet. They’re stressed out because they’re paying so much to live. Downsizing is called downsizing because you don’t need so much stuff and so much space I wish we could all share that with them so they could have a better life and not be selling them self to make so much money.

Do you not have any sentimental items or items from when you were a kid? I have 2 boxes of things from when I was a kid that I want to keep around. I loved going through my moms toys from when she was a little kid, over and over. I also have special things that were my grandpas when he was alive (like his most loved hand tools - he worked with his hands a lot and it’s special to me to have them). Just lots of little things that have special memories. Old pictures, notes my husband and I used to write each other, Christmas decorations, gift bags/wrapping paper, suitcases, etc. I’ve minimized a lot of things I own, but feel like I hit a block with a lot of things! Curious about yours!!

I love your videos but this one was a little too choppy. I wish the scenes had been longer. I kept trying to rewind and pause but just ended up being frustrated. Love your life though and always so inspired by you! You’re an amazing mom!

Can you make a video or a short on the products you use. Like Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoos, makeup etc… I try to screen shot the shampoos and such when I get a glimpse of them. But sometimes I can’t make out what they say haha 😂

That window at 1.12 was probably originally to a sleep out/semi enclosed deck, which later was enclosed properly (it probably has the bathroom off it?) Just a guess, they're really common in older homes in Australia
