I use a similar Duffel that I've had for years. It's great for the gym. Plenty of room to throw in my work clothes (i don't have a locker). I usually keep my training clothes, water bottle, first aid kit, protective glasses in their with a small hand towel. Even though it's packable I've not used that function as it's dedicated use. Love the light weight and durable fabric. Also it's not expensive so I don't have to baby it.

Here I am again to say I love how things pack into themselves but damn 25L into this little thing? Nice!!! I can’t agree more about a rain jacket vs umbrella. Wayne’s World shirt is top notch lol. I’d probably use it as a gym bag!

I think packable bags are cool in theory, especially if you just want to throw an extra in your main travel bag as a just in case but I think I’m with you on just using this as a gym bag.

You never bring a towel ? Or it depens on every person ?

A towel when traveling? No I can’t say I ever do. I’ll bring a small one if I’m using this for the gym though.
