hi just got mine door lock installed too. i realized the door cannot be shut tightly, if i push on it, the door still can move. do you encounter this problem?

I didn’t had this issue. Mine was just other minor issues with gate. You may want to reach out to them to ask them to resolve it for u

Wow, now you have 3 devices with doorbells😅...Hope visitors don't press the hdb doorbell which isn't working or press all the doorbells at once..😆... So any idea what ya gonna do abt the hole in the gate?

These are just repackaged locks from China. Just get the china ones and pay installation. Same thing, half the price. And why did u use 2 different systems for locks... Smart life/tuya, and TTlock...

Cheapest way is just get fingerprint pad lock for gate. Door don't need a lock.

@@huggybear441 can just lock the gate using fingerprint padlock. Timber door just close will do. Cheapest way to get fingerprint padlock instead of digital timber door lock.
