My Mother passed away recently and unexpectedly, two days before her birthday. I was just meditating to this music a few minutes ago and started to hum along. Suddenly I found tears flowing down my face.. as I realized the lightness of this music reminded me of her soul.. And it touches a place I'd locked up because it reminded me of her, and the reminder of her loss had been too painful.. now I realize, that playful flute that she was so in tune with, is so important for me to carry with me. I am tortured, abused / mentally and physically, although these words have too narrow a scope and do not reflect the range of situations that I have experienced and still experience. It is not my words or body sensations that are being thrown at me, I feel like I am on a leash, not myself.... etc. I am constantly so "torn"/"torn" that the only solution is to commit suicide. It is very likely that I will finally manage to do it (I have tried many times) and thus escape from this situation. Warn other people so they don't end up like me! HIT!l This is the way to shit!
