Yes! Mindset is so important. This is something the Lord has been really teaching me this year. It’s amazing how much plasticity we have in our brains and we CAN change a chronically negative mindset by practicing with each thought that comes up. Stop the negative ones in their tracks and redirect to positive thoughts. So powerful!

Our family seems to be in a season of struggle.....loss of loved ones included. It has been very,very hard. If it wasn't for Jesus and a heart full of gratitude and joyfullness, life would be very dark right now. I can't imagine a life void of our Heavenly Father. Strangely, this video reminded me of Corrie ten Boom. Anyone remember the scene in prison when she takes colored thread out of a piece of clothing & stitches flowers into another item? I don't remember the exact details. She also makes a "pet" out of some critter that comes into her cell. If she can "find the lovely" in those circumstances, we certainly can! ♥️🇨🇦

Good morning Heidi. I am from South Africa and found your channel due to a carnivore video that you made. You were the first person I found that is a Christian aswell as following the carnivore lifestyle. I am 50 yrs old and became a Christian after my children was born. The are 19 and 20 yrs old now. I appreciate your video's . You share true wisdom, like reading your bible from Genesis tot Revelation. People do not understand God, Jesus the Father, untill they have read His Word, for themselves. I have also been through extremely tough times, but looking back I know God was releasing me from the self and pushing me forward to focus more on Him. We only learn these lessons going through hard times {like the Israelite's going through the dessert). I tried the carnivore diet, because of suffering from depression since a teenager, but I have a theory and know now that it could have been prevented. The high fat diet has changed me forever and I am forever grateful to have the cure for my situation. God bless

I just wanted to tell you that….when I started focusing after watching your video about what was “lovely”…. My anxiety that is crippling was reduced to an almost normal level of function.
