Thank you for making this podcast! I have a microdiscectomy scheduled in mid-August in WI where I live. My first major surgery and brought tears to my eyes to assure me I have made the right decision with this surgery to get my life of hiking, gardening, dog walking and disc golfing back!

chronic compression fracture at C-4 , mild stenosis C3 -6 with impingement and radiculopathy down the left arm to elbow. Please help im debilitated! I am In New Brunswick !
