No such thing. The point of building a home gym is so that you have the space and equipment to do everything you want/need without having to wait for equipment or change up your workout plan because someone else is playing on their phone on a piece of equipment. I didn't drop nearly a quarter mil on my gym so that my wife and I have to sit around and wait for others.

Goon lighting is direct top down lighting that is very white (not yellow like a typical house bulb) often used in photoshoots, influencer gyms, and by fitness influencers to affect the appearance of their physique when posing. Look up the many shorts people have posted about what their physique looks like in bad lighting vs. good (goon) lighting. Goon lighting helps distinguish your cuts and highlights the definition of your muscles. It's so important in posing photos that you can do a "6 month transformation" video in about 30 minutes. Simply take some photos in crappy lighting (soft and ambient) after you've had a big meal and you're bloated and soft looking. Then take about 20 minutes to get a juicy pump, hop under some goon lighting, and do actual posing. The difference in photos taken on the very same day can look like you put on 20lbs of muscle and went from 20% bodyfat to 10% bodyfat.
