I said it on their video but sharky got permission from the manager to film his prank or whatever was the exact words. Also America has rights to film in any public area so they can be kicked off the property but the camera man can't be kicked off the sidewalk.

I live in America legal to film but when it's in private property they say no filming and say we're calling the cops you need to stop and leave

@@abcdefghijkmnop but a sidewalk is public property. I live in Florida even if the property belongs to McDonald's they cannot kick the camera man off the sidewalk even if he is filming the building. Unless he's trying to get credit card numbers the cops can't arrest someone for filming any building in public view.
