He'd probably be there forever trying to get a 180. Anyone can get a hole in one with a lucky shot. Simon is spot on. 180 is much easier than a hole in one for professionals, but for your every day person who is a beginner, they are never getting a 180, but they could get a luck hole in one shot.

It’s not that hard to get a 180. You get use to throwing the dart at the same spot and your only like 2 meters away from the board. Also throwing a dart is a lot faster and less tiring than swinging a golf club. An every day person will struggle to hit the ball, let alone get it on the green. It really depends on how far away the hole is too. Could be a par 2-4 which makes a huge difference.

@@Ozneb_ I've never seen a single person, whether that be live in person or a clip of someone who is not a very regular darts player get a 180. Yet I've seen many clips of poor golfers get a hole in one. Yes it is much easier to be competent at throwing darts than it is hitting a golf ball, but to get a 180 actually takes being very good at throwing darts. But you don't need to be good to get a hole in one. As Callux showed with his as it was a very poor strike.

@@JordanSMonk might just be me but iv seen many people in a bar hit a 180 when drunk. These are your average everyday people and it happens multiple times a night. also majority of the time people arnt aiming to get a 180 while in golf you’re always aiming for the hole. I know someone who started playing darts for fun for a month and hits a 180 every so often and I also know a few golfers who have been playing for years and still has never hit a hole in one. Again, it really depends on how far away the hole is.

Unless you're watching a pub darts teams playing. But you are right in terms of people can play golf for years and not get a hole in one. But also people can play for a couple of months, and still be bad, but still get a hole in one. But these people are not getting the opportunity to try for a hole in one on the same hole all day like in this video. They only get a chance for a hole in one about 3-5 times a round.

Hole in 1 is a lot harder than a 180 in darts normally you compare a hole with a 9 dart checkout but they are all nothing compared to a 147 in snooker

As a golfer, the hole in 1 and 180 debate is a good one, but a 180 is definitely harder to achieve. You can hit a bad shot and still get a hole in one. A 180 you need 3 perfect throws. The chances of executing 3 in a row is much lower than 1 shot in golf

Troops need to use the time that jj is in camp for fury (and maybe jake after) coz once he retires/takes a break, he's gonna slow down training and is gonna need something to fill the time.
