About the running part. I used to be a pro boxer and one thing I did when I ran was listening to podcasts. Outside, the wetter the better, loved rain. Gives more oxygen hahahah. Just a tip if you wanna go run again, slap on a podcast and zone out in it

You should really do some boxing training too Simon bro, it's really really good for your body. I don't just mean do sparring, but buy a heavy bag and a speed bag, some boxing gloves and just get to work. You don't seem like the guy that stresses too much, but taking your stress out on the heavy bag is a daily neccessity of mine now lol.

I'm a high-school student. I just got a job so I wake up at 3am do my 10min workout, then I drink a lot of water and go workout at the gym till 5am. When I get home, I take a shower and eat a healthy breakfast. Then I go to school, after school I eat a big meal and then go to work at 4pm.
