maybe there is a misprint when you refer to the problem as maximisation instead of minimisation ; occurs at 3:11 and then it is propagated further. anyways good and helpful content

for maximization problem use the maximum obtained cj-zj value as a key column and for minimization problem use minimum cj-zj value and take the corresponding ratio with the the basic variable column and then for both the cases select the row which has minimum ratio as the key row. if found helpful pls like :)
