14 HP factory, 16,5 HP if for race. Top speed depends on rear crown, from 80 km/h to 90 -100%, almost indomitable and very dangerous if you are not a very skilled driver. It is a DM GP1 H2O water cooled, 50cc and from the sound I am almost sure it is tuned so it could be even more than 16 HP.
