So here’s my question if I already cut down to 1350 how do I get myself back up to 2000 without gaining excessive amount of weight I weigh 170 and 54I have been working on my weight loss for a while I’m down 40lbs so far Ideally I would like to lose 40 more give or take. I do strength training with weights about four times a week plus one day of cardio

slowly walk you calories back up. start a 100 a week and when weight levels off move up another 100.. Look up reverse diet.

You talked about women above 130 lbs but how many calories should I eat before I start cutting if I am 110 lbs and am trying to lose about 5 lbs of body fat? And am weight lifting 3-4x a week for an hour each?

I am 100% not sure if they would suggest this. But if you are beginner/intermediate. You can probably lose 5lbs of BF and gain 5lbs of muscle and stay at the 130lb. But I am not a certified PT. Hope you figured it out tho!

I’m 5’3 110lbs so I’m fairly small. I eat around 1500 calories and I want to get rid of a bit of body fat but I’d like to be able to eat more than I do now. What do you recommend I do?

1. Lift heavy weights 2-3 times a week. 2. Focus on learning the big compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses and rows. 3. Take adequate rest time between sets. 4. Focous on getting enough protein, about 0.6-1grams per pound of bodyweight. Better to aim higher in case you miss some days. 5. Slowly increase your calories. Start by adding 50 calories/day weekly and see how your body responds. 6.Establish maintainance calories somewhere you feel very comfortable. Maintain for a few months. 7. Cut your calories by about 10-15%, see how you respond. 8. Take diet breaks where you eat at maintainance every 4 weeks or so. 9.Adjust your deficit as needed, but be careful not to cut too low,
