The wage increase was poorly Negotiated by labour, the labour president Failed. The goverment had claimed through their actions that only Minimum wage was agreed . They did not state clearly how it will affect other grade and category of workers. This labour president and leaders has failed to negotiate fairly on behalf of workers. All iterms in Negotation should be clear. Adding a fixed sum is what is applicable @ Federal government workers as @ today. Minimum wage and wage increase increase are two different issued and the labour guest is intensionally mixing both to decieve the viewers and workers.
