He has made investors afraid to invest in Canada. He has made Canadian businesses slow or freeze production. He has made Canadian workers worried about their futures and reduce their spending causing a ripple effect throughout the economy. I haven't seen much movement on those interprovincial barriers. Canadian division and polarization are at an all time high - Smith and Moe still hate Trudeau and Ford still thinks they are not team players. So thanks no thanks. Trump remains deluded and belligerent and the commander in chief of the most lethal fighting force on the planet. Does that sit comfortably with you and his apologists?

There certainly isn't a case for it now! Do some math on a LNG case to Europe. GazProm Russia has 860 TRILLION cubic feet of Natural Gas that can easily and quickly be shipped to Europe through a pipe, tomorrow. In fact, once the war in the Ukraine ends this Spring, GazProm will again dominate sales in Europe. The massive Nordstream 1 and Nordstream 2 lines will be pumping overtime to Germany and Scandanavia within hours of the war ending. There will be NO MARKET in Europe for Liquified Canadian NG, we missed our window. Price alone will determine sales, not political allegence. One look at a Globe will highlight the size of Canada's shipping disadvantage. One look and it becomes extremely obvious. To pursue a European LNG business case is foolhardy and is destined to fail at great, great expense to the Canadian taxpayer.
